NOTE: the programmer is working for Microsoft, but claims this side project has nothing to do with Microsoft. Hmmm… I wonder why bing.com is one of the search engines it queries. The other two being Google and Yahoo.

Looks like this was actually an experiment of “Bing vs Google vs Yahoo” … that explains it.
