Barack Obama uses Scribd

I just came across a website that allows people to publish articles. It is called Scribd and it is very interesting to find that Barack Obama uses them to publish his proposals and rescue plans (found here on Scribd). Guess it is an efficient way of getting his ideas out in writing.
It has many PDFs, ranging from his 2010 Budget Proposal to his Small Business Emergency Rescue Plan. Go see for yourself (link).
