Government Gagging Lobbyists

Is our government trying to gag our lobbyists from telling US citizens the details of the stimulus plan? Maybe there is something they want to hide in the most expensive spending plan in American history. Isn’t it our American taxpayers right to know what our children and grandchildren (if not great-grandchildren) would be paying because of the chosen spending of this administration?
